LimeHoney offers a lighter, healthier, and more flavorful menu than your run-of-the-mill Tex-Mex or Mexican establishment.

Developed by Executive Chef Joshua Boneé and Founder Todd Conger, our innovative menu features fresh and delicious Mexican-inspired specialties, tacos, salads, appetizers, and cocktails. Come in and enjoy an elevated casual experience in a lively, fun, and contemporary environment. 

This isn’t your average Mexican joint. To be honest, we started getting bored with the options that are out there. We’re fortunate to have access to amazing Tex-Mex ingredients that deserve to be highlighted, not hidden.

At LimeHoney, when you bite into your LimeHoney Signature Smoked Brisket Taco, you taste the brisket. When you dig into your LimeHoney Chicken Skewers, you taste the chicken. Thanks to our unique approach to the nostalgic cuisine that you already know and love, you’ll fall head over heels all over again after every bite.

We are very proud of our drink program. On it, you’ll find something for everyone. Sweet, smokey, floral, fruity, and classic. The ingredients in our drinks receive the same love and attention that the ingredients in our tacos and salads get. Plus, each drink is its own little work of art.
